Earn money by letting your property for holidays in Norfolk or Suffolk

RULE 1: Use a local agency expert who delivers the bookings...

As we live in such a beautiful and popular part of the UK, there is always a demand for quality holiday homes, which offer a well-presented home from home, creating happy holiday memories for our Customers.

holiday letting experts norfolk suffolk east angliaWhat do holidaymakers look for?

Norfolk and Suffolk has an abundance of prime holiday locations such as The North Norfolk coastline, Sandringham, Walsingham, Suffolk Heritage coastline and the Norfolk Broads to name just a few. Our experience shows the holidaymaker’s preference is for detached or semi-detached houses, cottages, bungalows, barn conversions, house boats and terraced cottages. It is rare that flats or apartments are requested.

As experts in self-catering holidays, exclusively in Norfolk & Suffolk, if you are looking to buy we can advise on the best locations to consider or if you already have a property we can help you to ensure that you maximise the potential of your property and location.

Work with Coast & Country Holidays because:
  • We have over 30 years of local experience and expertise.
  • We charge no extra costs for national advertising and an extensive and fully optimised website.
  • If a confirmed booking is ever cancelled - you still get paid , if the week remains available to us.
  • You never have to worry if cheques do not clear, or payment does not arrive.
  • We do not charge commission on bookings that you take yourself.
  • We do not stipulate how many weeks you can take bookings for.
  • We provide flexible commission rates for multiple properties.
  • Payment is always prompt. Our BACs system pays you on the last Friday of each month.
  • We provide a detailed Owners Guide for all you need to know in letting a successful holiday home.

  • You can use our website to promote, Special Offers (i.e. discount for last minute bookings, half term, etc).
  • Our annual registration fee is only £95 and to get your property professionally photographed for our brochure and website, we only take a contribution to these costs of £85 per property (if required).

So, whether you are an existing owner of a holiday property, or someone who is about to start this as a new venture, Coast and Country Holidays will always provide a friendly, professional service, which will help you to ensure that your business runs smoothly.

But don't just take our word for it...

READ WHAT SOME OF OUR OWNERS SAY:

"We have been with C&C Holidays for the past three years and have been really impressed with the increased number of bookings they have achieved for us. Despite the credit squeeze we achieved our best year ever in 2012. They have provided us with a prompt and friendly service. We would recommend them to anyone looking to take the hard work out of holiday letting."

"We have been with Coast and Country holidays since 2006 when we started letting our property for holidays. Jenny and Anne are two of the nicest ladies you could wish to meet!! They are friendly, very efficient and courteous and have very high standards. They visit every property each year and are scrupulous about the cleanliness and standard of the decor, furniture and equipment. I would recommend their agency to anyone considering holiday lettings and the commission is well worth the money as all the worry and hard work is taken away from the owners."

"Our holiday property has been with Coast and Country holidays for 7 years plus now, and if you are looking for someone to promote your property, they come highly recommended. Not to large and concentrating on just Norfolk, Jenny and Anne know personally everything that they have on their books, and always do their very best for owners and clients alike."

"HolidayEast has managed our cottage for 5 years and have been very efficient, friendly and have made the process very easy for us. Nothing is to much trouble for the ladies and they are always there for any queries or general advice. Thank you."

"We have always impressed by the friendly and cheerful approach and absolutely professional way that the staff at Coast and Country Holidays work to sell holiday lets for us. We receive a personal service from them as it is an agency where the staff know the owners and properties very well. We speak from long experience, as we joined Coast and Country Holidays over 30 years ago and we have come to appreciate their efficiency in booking, liaising with clients, promoting our property and providing us with helpful information."

"I have let my holiday bungalow through Coast and Country holidays for almost twenty years and have always found Jenny, Anne and latterly Nic to be extremely helpful, polite and knowledgable. Their administration is always efficient and they have a lovely sense of humour so it is a pleasure working with them."

"As an owner, I am impressed by the speed and efficiency of both Jenny and Anne when dealing with bookings. They have an excellent knowledge of each property and are both courteous and friendly when dealing with customers and owners alike. I would not hesitate to recommend Coast and Country Holidays to other holiday property owners and indeed have done so. They keep up to date with recent developments and changes in the holiday industry and both work hard, even at weekends! Jenny and Anne regularly inspect all properties to ensure that the high standard of cleanliness and user facilities are maintained within each establishment, so that the best holiday experience is always ensured for each customer."

Broadland: Officially the UK's most peaceful place

The Norfolk district of Broadland has been named the most "peaceful" area of the UK by a study looking at violent crime statistics and socio-economic factors. BBC News took a trip to find out what makes life there so tranquil.

The miles of rivers, shallow lakes and woodland that make up the Norfolk Broads (Broadland) were made by peat-diggers many centuries ago. Come and explore and admire the stunning summer sunsets, the misty mornings of autumn and the breeze rustling through the reeds in winter, it’s a delightful, ever-changing landscape.

We have an extensive offering of pretty cottages, comfortable family houses, impressive bungalows and even a relaxing houseboat. All of these properties are regularly inspected by one of our knowledgeable staff, which ensures that we can advise you quickly and accurately as to which property will be the perfect holiday base to suit your needs.
