GO GO GORILLAS NORWICH

Fancy a fun activity to do during your holiday in Norfolk then why not try the Go Go Gorilla Trail in Norwich.

Not only will it give you a great tour of the city, you can pose and upload your photos to the official page on Facebook and our own website of all the fantastic gorillas dotted about the city.

There are 53 life size gorillas as well as 67 baby ones and have all been painted by professional artists, schools and community groups as well as being sponsored by local businesses. My daughter Gracie helped paint Fruity Mungo from Ashleigh Infant School which is in Craft Ewe situated in St Giles Street and we can’t wait to go on our trail.

The trail has been designed to educate us about conservation and environmental issues as well as showcasing the history, heritage of the city and raise funds for Break Charity. Their education projects have taught the children to have fun whilst learning together and to inspire their creativity regardless of their age or ability. Similar projects are being held across the country – in particular Southampton where the city is full of Rhinos!

So download the trail maps here:
and have a day of fun.
